For cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of a cancellation. Where possible, we will try to reschedule your booking for another time.

Cancellation terms and timeframe: 

If a guest gives 24 hours or more notice of cancellation we will refund 50% of the cost of the trip.

If a guest cancels less than 24 hours before their tour start time, there will be no refund made to the customer.
